Webcam photos not updating #103

The photos being streamed from the remote sites that should be loading to http://data.iutahepscor.org/mdf/Data/Gamut_Webcams/ are behind. It looks like the last photos to load were Jan 27/28 2018.

This was a server issue. I found the problem and fixed it, pictures are updating now.
