Create New Page: 'Data Policy and Publication'

I've created a new document, 'Data policy and publication' that is up in the Google drive folder. It has summary text from the data policy and should eventually link to the final copy of the policy as well as example data collection plan, etc. I think we should implement this text as a new page under 'Development'. @horsburgh , you should take a look and make edits as needed. I may have included too much content.

@AmberSJones - I think we should try to keep the page brief and make the links very prominent. Instead of having the sections on Data Typology and Timing and the workflow, I would just add a line under the "Data Collection Plans" section that says something like "For more information about data typology and timing of metadata and data submission, please refer to the iUTAH Data Policy Document."

The section about the Data Publication System needs a link to the iUTAH CKAN system.

Sounds good. I'll revise. I've been waiting to link to the iUTAH ckan system until we're sure on the url. Are we using the url that Pabitra sent us last week?

Not on the website. We should not advertise a URL until we have a permanent one.

We need a URL for the iUTAH CKAN site. Since it will be running on a Linux server that is separate from the one running the main data.iutahepscor.org domain, I suggest that we use a new subdomain. Options include:

catalog.iutahepscor.org datacatalog.iutahepscor.org repository.iutahepscor.org datarepository.iutahepscor.org datarepo.iutahepscor.org submitdata.iutahepscor.org publisheddata.iutahepscor.org dataserve.iutahepscor.org

Otherwise, I like repository.iutahepscor.org.

This page was added. There are links that will be updated later, I don't know if you want to close the issue for now or keep it open until the links are up. I put the ready for testing label just to keep track that it is done.
