Add Site: PR_CH_C #44

We need to get a site page up for a new GAMUT site: the site code is PR_CH_BA. There are pictures up for it on the CloudShare.

Which of the site code is the correct one? I tried the PR_CH_BA and is not in the database, so I'm going to add the PR_CH_C, which appears in the database. Let me know if this is not correct.

The new station that came online is a climate - so I’m guessing the “_C” is correct.

Sorry- I had copied and pasted from a previous issue and got the site code wrong. It's PR_CH_C.
