Server Error for Logan River and Provo River sites #45

I'm getting a server error when trying to click on any of the Logan River or Provo River sites. Red Butte sites seem to be fine. This is on the sandbox server.

I have been working with this bug for the last 30 mins. I finally tracked the error to the data for the new site not reaching a certain number of values that the program was expecting. A simple bounds check solved the problem.

Uh oh, I've got to re-open the issue. I am now getting the server error only for PR_CH_C- the brand new site.

This issue is now permanently solved. All the sites are working.
