Add GAMUT Fact Sheet #46

There is a document in the Google iUTAH CI/GAMUT folder called 'GAMUT Fact Sheet' to which we need to link on the website. I'm thinking on the GAMUT Network Overview page, have a link to it near the title. The linked text can say 'GAMUT Fact Sheet'.

Thanks. I'm being picky- can you put the link to the right of the title of the page? So, it would say (same font sizes and colors as now):

The GAMUT Network- GAMUT Fact Sheet Gradients Along Mountain to Urban Transitions

This change was implemented on sandbox.

There is some weirdness with the alignment. See below. Also, it changes at different zoom levels. Also, I think there is too much space between the two title lines.

Great. Please just remove the extra line and spacing between 'The GAMUT Network' and 'Gradients Along Mountain to Urban Transitions'. The second line should be immediately under the first.
