[SPDM] Remove Python and PIO files #18

Now that our SPDM signals are generated with C++, we should remove any unused files in the repository, namely the Python and PIO files.

I would agree that the PIO code most likely won't be used and is no longer necessary, but I think some of the Python code might still be valuable for visualizations (e.g. matplotlib or audio representation).
