Summary

Read the distance data generated by the LIDAR at regular intervals.

Terminal Objective

A continuous stream of obstacle data from the LIDAR sensor
Enabling Objectives
Write setup code that needs to run when the LIDAR starts up
Write loop code to read data from the LIDAR
Run loop periodically and output sensor data over a serial port to demonstrate successful operation
