Enables the researchers to choose images, etc. for the CKEditor and the link inline forms that have already been uploaded to the relevant bucket.
When using the CKEditor, they should click "Browse Server" and it should open a window and return the image chosen from the popup.
When using the inline forms, they should click "View S3 items" and the url field in that form should become populated with the url from selected item in the popup.
The popups should automatically close after selection.
This has been tested on staging and no longer works locally:
