resolves :

• issue #3 (main.py) accepts positional arguments when running the script and catches FileNotFoundError if the directory does not exist/does not contain relevant files
• issue #4 (view.py)(control.py) add boot_message function to display name of the directory loaded and number of applicants at startup
• issue #5 (keycapture.py) worked with readchar module
