Make CITATION.cff authors list more inclusive #274

I think the CITATION.cff file should probably contain a relatively inclusive list of authors. At the very least everyone who has contributed to the repo (of course) but probably also people who have done a lot of testing/issues/discussion work that has contributed to the design.

Any thoughts on that?
