Location of testing needed to be changed in ci

Hmm not sure where the ci needs to point to to read the tests. I think it should be ties/testing no? The ci does not find it though.

On that branch the testing is still in the main dir.

I think we need to move the examples folder over too, I have made the changes for this and will open a new pull but I cant get ties.pyqcprot to show up so some tests are still failing.
