code update

• majorana code updated (need to chat about this next week!)
• quantum sample_state bug fixed (wasn't normalizing correctly)
• symplectic.base.get_computational_projector added
• QuantumState plot state also added. Need to add thresholding option still.

Need to also discuss circular imports!
