2022-02-10 We're blocked by permissions so interim next steps

[ ] speak with Dave R re Sarah Keating having access to identifiable DeCOVID
[ ] build process for first pass attempt at meeting our anon standards

Step 2 depends on access in Step 1

[ ] extract data
[ ] anon
[ ] check with someone that it is anonymous
[ ] email Jack re permissions
[ ] export from UCHL
[ ] import to DSH

Supervision and advice via Ed Palmer First steps might be just getting blood gas data through the anonymisation process
