We will need to merge data from the EHR with data from other sources (machines, images etc). We will need to do that merge before we anonymise and export. Tim Roberts has a method already in place for working with accession numbers in images.

I have contacted Tim Roberts about linking in case we don't get far enough with the 100 Day Project. The types of data are to be linked are very different

There is now private data that is part of the omop extract that links the person_ id to the MRN. This would not be exported when delivering data to a client, but since we are querying the database directly we do have access to this table.
