OMOP 'CCHIC' to CHIMERA DSH

OMOP-ES as per CHIMERA governance and permissions 'en masse' (as this is already in flight) So assuming

• critical care patients have machines attached
• CHIMERA has interest/access to non-critical care patients
• we can anonymise data at this scale
• we recognise that not doing the hand curation before transfer will mean we need to feedback problems separately

But this would allow us to build a CHIMERA resource more quickly
