Travis details for new subscription #78

Updating the Travis configuration so that it refers to the new subscription ID, and the client ID and secret of the new service principal (created in that subscription)

Tests fail because of usage limits in the new subscription; pass when run locally (although I was not grabbing the output to see in detail).
