Added assimilate me code #22

Changes here mostly address #15

  1. Updated assimilation code
  2. New parameter list and ranges (changed also in GUI)
  3. Either get a local ensemble, or a remote ensemble or run a small ensemble (50 elements) locally
  4. Assimilate me button is there, but need to confirm with @MarcYin on: a. Whether I have the right satellite LAI & time axis b. Update the slider values to the DA solution c. Run WOFOST with the DA solution parameters (to get all the outputs)
