[utils/task_tester] Integrate task tester in CI #928

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Modifications to the main branch of INGInious can break the task tester utility, see e.g., #927.

Describe the solution you'd like Sample courses should be added to the CI in order to check the correct behavior of the task tester.
