Transfer this repository to UCL-ARC #49

Given RITS is no more and hasn't been for a while would be good to have deployed site under https://github-pages.arc.ucl.ac.uk/ domain rather than http://rits.github-pages.ucl.ac.uk which I think would just require transferring repository to be under UCL-ARC organization.

We would also need to update the breadcrumb trail

and contact in
