Install for spm/12/r6470/matlab.r2015a

Installing for existing SPM 12 on Myriad:

cd ~/Software/SPM12/CAT12
wget http://dbm.neuro.uni-jena.de/cat12/cat12_latest.zip

cd /shared/ucl/apps/spm/spm12-r6470/toolbox
unzip -x  /home/ccaabaa/Software/SPM12/CAT12/cat12_latest.zip

This has now been done on Myriad and appears to work.

Now adding to the latest version of SPM 12 for Matlab R2019b.
