To run a topology predictor called OCTOPUS, which is part of TOPCONS2 and requires installing all of it.

It also requires a 212G dataset.

• [ ] bioperl
• [ ] biopython
• [ ] IPC::Run
• [ ] kalign
• [ ] hmmer3.0 (have 3.1b2, which may be ok)
• [ ] gnuplot
• [ ] convert from ImageMagic
• [ ] modhmm (comes with TOPCONS2)
