Backup SQL snippets in shipviz repo. #20

There are some useful SQL code snippets here and there and it'd be nice to have them all handy in this repo to analyse data in CartoDB.

We could organise them by use case as well, so all the tests we do with the ECA areas (and the input data) are in the same place and can be updated and shared with others.

@juliaschaumeier how is this going? I see some stuff here. It'd be nice to have it in the SQL folder for snippets here.
