Create zip files for download #44

For each ORF, the main search and gap search result files should be tarred-up (or zipped, whatever) and put on the server for download.

Need to clarify with Tim whether to do this or not yet.

I'd like to see some (or several) of the gap files.but in principal yes.

Depends on https://github.com/UCL/HHprY-Project/issues/24

Zip files for each ORF hhsearch result (inc. low confidence regions) are in /rd/live/ritd-ag-project-rd005i-tplev57/zipped-20180720. Total size is 16GB, 6713 files.

Will it be possible for the user to tell if there is a gap file for any one ORF, or will they have to work it out by downloading and unzipping?

timlevine commented 6 years ago

I'm trying to log in on a different computer from the one you helped me set up with cyberduck last week. I have hardly any idea about the settings for the connection WebDAV (HTTPS) ? or go for HTTP Server: ????? username: smgxtpl (I assume)

SSH private key : none?

great stuff. I have the files - and I discovered "unzip *.zip" to unzip them all.
