@timlevine , I've updated the version on the server to my latest (debugged) one. This includes truncated hit lists and speedup optimizations. Could you please check again with your problematic ORF's, and let me know if issues still persist? Forward me the email with the comments for the moment - I'm hoping that many of them have been resolved by this latest version.
