missing files #57

Hi Ilektra (and Asif) I just found another missing file: YAL008W = Fun14 or Mcp3

If we could work out how many cases there are of genuine ORFs that we are missing, could I create files using HHpred (online) and could you add them to HHyeast? Tim

Hi Ilektra,

I found an ORF which has the file missing: hhyeast.ukwest.cloudapp.azure.com:5000/YGL197W (=MDS3)

And we have missed YOR376W, but seemingly for a different reason, because there's a different message: "YOR376W is not a valid ORF." It's as if the ORF list we used to start with did not include it.
