odd loss of strong hits when changing parameters #67

I was looking at a page with one strong hit,

http://hhyeast.ucl.ac.uk:5000/YIF1

and changed the parameters show a lot more,

http://hhyeast.ucl.ac.uk:5000/YIF1?prob=0.1&ovm=10&ovm1=0.1

and the strong hit was not there any more. This does not happen with other pages - for example YSP2 instead of YIF1.

NB To clarify the above, I meant that there is one strong hit in the Pfam window: PF04893

Now I've spotted another thing not showing up in the Pfam window:

There should be a strong hit at the end of the protein, hit #6 in the file YIL038C.0.ssw11.hhr = a Pfam hit at the C-terminus: PF04153, which aligns with residues 696-784. This is missing while similar matches in the PDB and Yeast windows are shown (from hits #4 and #10 in the file).
