Two new applications for manipulating mask images:
pvc_relabel will relabel an image from one scheme to another. An example for a FreeSurfer parcellation is provided in the parc directory.

pvc_make4d creates a 4-D volume from a 3-D label image. In the 4-D volume, each volume represents a single binary region.
