Unlisting root files with random rejection does not use an random seed #55

UnlistRoot.sh has the ability to unlist with random rejection. However, unless a seed is stated, STIR will unlist with a seed of 42. This makes the unlisting of the same root file with the same $AcceptanceProb unlist the same sinogram.

seed is an parameter files variable that can be added to the lm_to_projdata parameter file that could be randomised with $RANDOM
