ComputePoissonDataCorrections script requires flip in z of attenuation map from GATE #68

The scatter estimation script requires an attenuation map for computation of the attenuation correction factors.

This image should really be the mu map used by GATE (due to materials usage) etc. We currently need to flip the GATE attenuation due to a bug in GATE, see #48

I believe this was resolved by #71 by the user indicating if the attenuation image is from GATE. If it is, the script implementes STIR's invert_axis.
