calling parallelproj (CPU) twice from Python gives wrong results for TOF data #1451

In my local build, I have problems using an existing parallelproj projector.

Everything works ok for non-TOF. I haven't checked GPU yet.

This is probably incorrect. Problems are more likely related to #1452
