Save transform hierarchy to file after calibration

Once all calibration steps have been completed, the final transformation hierarchy should be exported to a file, as otherwise the values will not be recorded anywhere.

We can update the transforms in the config file (although not the hierarchy itself) using the UpdateTransform PLUS command (http://perk-software.cs.queensu.ca/plus/doc/nightly/user/PlusServerCommands.html). This will also update the PLUS server itself with the new values.

Save the slicer scene would get the view with all the data as it was shown at the moment.

By saving the scene regularly (after calibration) we can go back to that scene when something crashes.

Closing as we now have a button to save transforms when needed.
