Reimplement Slicer workflow as a Slicelet

Current manual workflow in Slicer (assuming StealthLink and PLUS Server are running):

Terms in brackets indicate the Module used to perform this task

• Create Active OpenIGTLink Client (OpenIGTLinkIF)
• Load in CT model data (OpenIGTLinkRemote)
• Set US data to visible & adjust image brightness/position etc if needed (Data)
• Set CT model volume to visible (Volume rendering)
• Wait for the StylusToRas/StylusToRefernce/SureTrack2ToReference Transforms to be received into Slicer. This is dependent on the tools being correctly placed in the field of view of the StealthStation (Data)
• Create 2 x needle models to represent the stylus and tracker (Create Models)
• Pivot Calibration - set input transform, create new output transform, do calibration (Pivot Calibration)
• Set transform hierarchy for Stylus & Tracker (Data)

Yes, the up to date version is in the repository, with software/hardware setup instructions.

The software is also setup ready to go on the laptop we have set aside for the project, which is with the rest of the project equipment in the Mock OR. I showed Remi the latest version.
