Yes we could arrange a demo (I am away starting tomorrow until Monday) but for now we are only able to visualize and record the streamed data but there are several things we need to address before being able to acquire 3D volumes :

Solve the streaming delay which can be tricky if the problem comes from BK
Test the 3D volume reconstruction
Optionally update the Slicelet but it is not essential for the demo
Also, @JonathanShapey Is the phantom ready ?

Sure, can you sanity check the Issues belonging to this Milestone. When you say "Test the 3D volume" is there a known issue that needs fixing? other than slowness which is Issue #5. Also - "Optionally update the Slicelet.." what does that actually refer to?

As far as I know, (JS gone to clinics now), phantom is not ready, but targeting mid jan, which is how we set the due date for this milestone.

When I say test the 3D volume reconstruction I mean test the algorithm implemented in PLUS/Slicer-IGT that allows the 3D reconstruction of 2D Ultrasound sweeps. There is several parameters (Size, interpolation method etc ... ) to define and we need to test it for that.

it would be good to get another demo going, to discuss remaining tasks, and ensure we are rolling along on the development front. My availability this week is:

tues 14:00-15:00, wednesday 14:00-15:00, Friday 14:30.

Due to my clinical commitments, the only one of those options I can do is Friday at 14.30.

I've already booked out the OR for testing gel wax concentrations so that should work (if convenient for others).
