PLUS server disconnection when imaging depth is modified on BK5000 #31

The PLUS server needs to be restarted every time the imaging depth is modified. Fixing the imaging depth would also allow us to :

Keep the same scaling parameters (i.e. size of the pixels) for the ImageToProbe transform.
Enable the continuous streaming option and increase the frame rate.
