Support different layouts #43

Eventually, we want to let the user choose between different layouts (e.g. a 2x2 or 2x3 grid of panes), and control what is displayed in each pane. @JonathanShapey has provided the following list of options:

  1. Plain MRI
  2. Diffusion MRI +/- Tractography
  3. MR tumour volume reconstruction
  4. Raw US data (acquired plane)
  5. 3D Ultrasound reconstruction
  6. Reconstructed Ultrasound in axial, sagittal and coronal planes that fits with the MR data
  7. Electrophysiology stimulator probe location (Second SureTrak dataset)
  8. Electrophysiology data.
  9. 3D ultrasound tumour volume reconstruction

These will be integrated at different stages, as we start acquiring and integrating more data.
