Get the depth from the BK

Required for #58.

• Images are read in PLUS under the < OpenIGTLinkVideo > device
• Transforms are read in PLUS under the < OpenIGTLinkTracker > device The idea would be to embed the depth in a transform that would be caught up by the < Tracker > device. Both devices would listen to the same pyIGTLink port. Question: are both the devices receiving a copy of all the messages ? Then, we can add it to the list of transforms sent to Slicer though the OpenIGTLink. It will then ultimately appear as another node in Slicer ?

If we are not sure that both devices can listen to everything without any loss of messages, an alternative would be to send transform messages to a different port.
