Add a button to clear all related content #62

This is so we don't need to restart Slicer whenever something goes wrong or we have to restart PLUS.

This should:

Close the OpenIGTLink connection to the PLUS Server (if still active).
Delete the connector node.
Delete all volumes and transforms.
Disable the calibration and reconstruction sections of the Slicelet.
Re-enable the "Connect" button.
Restart the timer that checks that the models have been received.
