Add trackers for neurostimulator and CUSA to PLUS Config

We will be using:
Black Passive for US Probe
Orange Passive for Stimulator
Silver PAssive for CUSA

So need to update the PLUS config to include the Orange and Silver passives, pass the transforms to PLUS and create models.

• Silver & Orange passives adde to PLUS Config
• New transforms for Stim/CUSA in PLUS config
• New transforms added to python config.py
• All transforms renamed to make it clearer which is which
• Slicelet waits for all relevant new tranforms before enabling pivot calibration
• Slicelet creates needle models for Stim & CUSA

Temporarily removed the CUSA from tracking, as we don't have a functional Orange Passive to use. Can re-enable once we have it.
