Get neurostim point location and implement button procedure

There is a need for another button (or form) to save/show the neurostim point. The button/form comprises:

• [x] A text field to input the neurostim voltage
• [x] A button or checkbox to confirm/inform the neurostim response
• [x] A Save and show button that will process the following steps:
  • [x] Get the neurostim point coordinates (and the transform ?)
  • [x] Save the location in a timestamped file (#72)
  • [x] Show the point in the 3D viewer (#72)

This is a sub-issue of #66
