pyinstaller package is treated as virus on weisslab-win #81

pyinstaller package is blocked by antivirus on the weisslab-lin computer. It is treated fine by gitlab-runner on advantech PC.

Some windows version or some antivirus (e.g. Sophos) are treating pyinstaller as virus when it is installed by tox/gitlab-runer. In that case add an exception to the antivirus or disable the antivirus during installation. The package is fine and should not be blocked.
