Updating production with fixes for testimonia ordering on antiquarian page #335

closes #324 These changes update the antiquarian details page as follows:

Testimonia which do not belong to a known work now appear at the top of the list of ordered materials
Testimonia's order (and therefore their names) have now been updated so that those not belonging to any work are ordered first, and then all other testimonia are ordered by the order of the work to which they're linked.

See, for example Lucius Accius or Marcus Terentius Varro

@tcouch I've had a play around in the pre-prod. website and this looks exactly like what we envisioned - thank you!
