Utilising the mentioned_in_list, property, a different confirm-delete class is used on the delete buttons of fragments/testimonia that have mentions. On clicking, an alert will be displayed and if cancelled, the window will scroll to the mentions section of the page.
It may be that this behaviour is built upon/changed later; currently it doesn't prevent deletion outright.
