Links on unlinked fragment page point to anonymous fragments #435

Describe the bug Links on unlinked fragment page point to anonymous fragments

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://www.ucl.ac.uk/history/frrant/unlinked/list/
  2. Click on the link to any unlinked fragment
  3. And you will be sent to an anonymous fragment detail page with the same id number as the unlinked fragment

Expected behavior Links should point to fragments
