Thinking through the change in sum statement to "if 15 <= age ......" from "if 15 <= age < 65 ...." #195

This is the list of sum statements for variables that are directly or indirectly fed back into the next period and for which there is not an age restriction in the definition of the variable. For these variables, changing of the age range in the sum statement leads to a change in the model such that the simulated epidemic is different. Comparing the model with the code below with a version in which all the sum statements have the restriction "15 <= age" leads to the same simulated epidemic (although values of many s_ variables model output are different because they relate to a different age range).

When I changed the entire sum statement to "if 15 <= age" from "if 15 <= age < 65" it changed the underlying simulation realisation for a given seed. Assuming we want to keep with the age 15+ approach we should decide if we are OK with this or if we want to re-define these variables in the top sum statement below to make then specific to people age 15-65 (or in some cases create additional equivalent variables that are restricted to this age range), which should then mean we will not have changed the underlying simulation realisation for a given seed.
