Currently we only have infection calculations from short term partners, need to add the long term partners too.

We should be able to do a bit of a refactor as the code is almost identical.

[ ] Add infections from long term partners
[ ] Output: number of people infected by long term partners
[ ] Output: number of people infected by long term partners in primary infection to be added to primary infection stats.
