We need:

[ ] Dictionary to translate between SAS and HIVpy labels
[ ] Additional SAS outputs
[ ] (Optional) Hide some of the SAS specific differences from normal post processing (e.g. refactor out the SAS loading differences)

For context: the post processing on SAS files alone will not recognise the HIVpy column names. It would be better for users to have a unified interface so they don't have to learn two sets of names for things.
