Make Spark module in Legion available to RSDG #4

Code for module file is in /home/ucgajhe/modulefiles/spark

Needs to be pushed to a fork of https://github.com/UCL-RITS/rcps-modulefiles.

Then send to @ikirker to review for merge to the main module files once we're happy.

Code for installer script is in /home/ucgajhe/software/spark and in https://github.com/jamespjh/rcps-buildscripts/tree/master/spark-files and https://github.com/jamespjh/rcps-buildscripts/blob/master/spark-2.0.1-install

And the spark client code is in the spark branch of this repo.
