Improve the parser algorithm (for recording water quality with Ph strips use).

There is an issue with the parser algorithm: it omits some locations and put two descriptions in one location instead. I've had a quick look at it seems to be related with the date/time. When the messages are sent the same minute, the second location is ignored and the second description is attached to the first location.

See both screenshots: The second is with the dates modified manually. The second is the original.
