This is the next step after UCL/openqcd-oneapi#21 and UCL/openqcd-oneapi#16 are closed.

Should be followed by UCL/openqcd-oneapi#8 and possibly UCL/openqcd-oneapi#11.

Verified with Makis' input files on A100 at CSD3. See UCL/openqcd-oneapi#17
