PHAS0100 Research Computing with C++ will be heavily based on MPHY002 and Lecture 1 of PHAS0100 will follow the first lecture of MPHY002 closely while a number of subsequent lectures will diverge significantly. Here will remove all but relevant material for first lecture and homework under assumption that the MPHY002 website and pdf will be still be available for posterity.
Changes for lecture 1:
[x] Remove all chapter except those relevent for first lecture (material stays in repo but removed from add_directory etc)
[x] Change course name MPHY002 to PHAS0100 throughout and update names lecture/tutors
[x] Add instructions for VirtualBox and ubuntu VM installation and setup
